The loose leaf copy came to me sealed and after I read the first chapter it was missing the page for the homework. I check for chapters 2 and 3 and it is the same thing. I have checked the whole book and it seems someone hand picked homework pages and took them out. I don't see why they would do this other than to screw people over.
